Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective cases are included to maintain product integrity.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it to the outside of your package before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our team verifies the craftsmanship and condition of your return, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange within 3-5 business days.
